Repository Fringe Needs You!

Planning is well under way for this year’s Repository Fringe event, and the dates have been agreed so now is the time to mark out the 30th and 31st of July 2014 in your diaries!

This year’s event will see a return to a two-day format meaning that delegates only need to book one night’s accommodation in Edinburgh, though we would encourage those attending to stay on if possible, to make the most of all that Edinburgh has to offer over the Summer.

The programme is being discussed at the moment and we are expecting a final programme to be available from late March or early April at the latest.  This year, we would expect to see a return to a Repository Fringe’s original unconference format, with more participation from delegates and fewer plenary sessions.  This is where you come in!  We would like to make the Repository Fringe an event that will be of real use to repository folk so we need your help to put together a programme that will be of the most benefit to delegates.

If you would be interested in sharing any of the work you’ve been doing over the last year, presenting on a topic close to your heart, or helping to facilitate a workshop then please get in touch with your ideas and suggestions.  We’re looking forward to hearing from you!
